MARGOT is a web server for the automatic extraction of arguments from text.
To use our system, copy-paste the text you want to process in the main text box, and then click on the Find Arguments button.
At the moment we focus on the detection of argument components that we call
claim and
evidence: a
claim is a general, typically concise statement that directly supports or contests a topic under debate, whereas
evidence is a text segment that directly supports a claim.
